Patriots coach Mike Vrabel would not say on Monday, Nov. 2, whether receiver A.J. Brown will be available for the next game, Boston.com reported.

Brown missed Sunday's 24-19 win at Miami with a knee injury after being limited by an ankle problem earlier in the week, and he did not travel with the team. "We'll see where A.J.'s availability is this week," Vrabel said on WEEI, according to Boston.com.

Stevenson's day

Vrabel praised running back Rhamondre Stevenson's pass protection and effort without the ball. Stevenson led New England with 82 rushing yards on 19 carries in Miami, Boston.com reported.

The deadline

The NFL trade deadline is Tuesday, Nov. 10, at 4 p.m. ET. Boston.com noted the Patriots have limited salary-cap space; Vrabel said only that the team would try to do what it could to improve.
